Thanks for such a nice comment. I pretty well ignored COP - I was conscious that I didn't even mention it in the newsletter, but COP for me was an excuse to cop-out. I lived in Kathmandu in the second half of 2015, just after the Anzac Day earthquake, doing a volunteer project with AusAid - an IT Project, a total failure. But living there was a great experience. I did not live with other expats - I was the only white person in my suburb - shopping, dealing with my garbage, getting water, routine blackouts, cycling to work ...... ah those were the days.
